In this role you will

Research and identify potential customers, verticals, and industries where Bright Fox AI’s solutions can create transformative value.

Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads through outreach strategies tailored to the energy and AI sectors.

Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and communicate the value of Bright Fox AI’s innovative solutions.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel effectively.

Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and develop strategies to exceed sales targets.

Leverage customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze pipeline progress.

Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market shifts to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Represent Bright Fox AI at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows, building relationships that drive lead generation.

Deliver insightful, data-driven reports on sales performance, challenges, and successes to inform strategy and decision-making.
You may be a good fit if you have

2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, ideally within a tech, AI, or SaaS startup environment.

Expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

Proven ability to build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients at all levels of an organization.

Deep understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a focus on consultative selling in B2B environments.

Manage the entire sales cycle to win new business and drive revenue. You will initiate the first relationships with customers, deeply understand their business needs, educate them on how digital employees can impact their business, negotiate contracts, and help them succeed with Bright Fox AI.

Develop and validate hypotheses on the right strategy for Bright Fox AI to bring cutting-edge Gen AI solutions to market.

Collaborate closely with our product team, sharing customer feedback and insights to inform our product roadmap to deliver enhanced experiences for our customers.

Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, providing regular progress reports to company leadership.
You may be a good fit if you have:

5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, focusing on the technology, SaaS, and/or AI industries.

Demonstrated ability to create and grow a sales pipeline and drive complex deals to completion.

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust, scalable retrieval and agent-based systems optimized for energy industry use cases.

BSc. or MSc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, AI/ML development, including:
