This role is ideal for candidates eager to create a market category and thrive in ambiguity. Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies in an early-stage software startup is highly preferred.

In this role you will

  • Research and identify potential customers, verticals, and industries where Bright Fox AI’s solutions can create transformative value.

  • Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads through outreach strategies tailored to the energy and AI sectors.

  • Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and communicate the value of Bright Fox AI’s innovative solutions.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel effectively.

  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and develop strategies to exceed sales targets.

  • Leverage customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze pipeline progress.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market shifts to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

  • Represent Bright Fox AI at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows, building relationships that drive lead generation.

  • Deliver insightful, data-driven reports on sales performance, challenges, and successes to inform strategy and decision-making.

You may be a good fit if you have

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, ideally within a tech, AI, or SaaS startup environment.

  • Expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

  • Proven ability to build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients at all levels of an organization.

  • Deep understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a focus on consultative selling in B2B environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • A proactive, self-driven attitude, combined with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and openness to learning in a rapidly evolving industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
